At Trendoramind, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love what you ordered — but if you’re not completely happy, returns are simple, fair, and completely free. You have 180 days from the date of delivery to return an item for any reason.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- The return request must be made within 180 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- The item must not be marked as “non-returnable.”
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
3. Return Process

- Our support team will verify your order and send a prepaid return label.
- Ship the item using the provided label — no payment is required.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5 days.
4. Free Return Shipping
All return shipping costs are 100% free, regardless of the reason — whether it’s a change of mind, a wrong size, or a defective item. You will never be charged any return fee.
5. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we’ll send a replacement product after your return is received and verified. All exchanges are also free of charge.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards or downloadable products.
- Items explicitly marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable.”
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
